Cheese Finger
Ingredients
- 250g paneer
- 3 tbsp black chickpea flour
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 ½ tsp ginger
- 1 ½ tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & red pepper as per taste
- Oil for frying
Method
- Cut cheese into thin long shape.
- Add sprinkle lemon juice on cheese slices.
- Add salt and red chillies on top of it.
- Make a thick paste of chickpea flour mixture with water and mix in ginger, garlic.
- Dip cheese slices in this mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil.
