Banana Toast
Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 3 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Remove crust from the bread.
- Mash banana in a bowl and add lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Spread mash banana on one slice of the bread and cover it with the second slice and make three sandwiches.
- Divide the sandwich in two pieces and place in a plate.
- Mix milk and sugar and pour on the bread slices and keep for 10 minutes to absorb liquid.
- Melt butter on a flat frying pan.
- Sauté bread pieces on both sides until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle coconut powder.
