Fruit Cream
Ingredients
- 500g low fat whipped cream
- 1 apple
- 100g strawberries
- 3 pineapple slices
- 1 tin mixed fruit
Method
- Wash apple and cut into small pieces.
- Dice pineapple and strawberries in thin slices.
- Drain water from the mixed fruit tin.
- Add all fruits in the cold whipped cream.
- Cool the dessert for 2-3 hours.
SERVE CHILLED
