Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups low fat milk
- ½ cup rice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tin pineapple slices
- 2 tsp corn flour
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup low fat cream
- 2 tsp almonds
Method
- Boil milk and sugar in a saucepan.
- Add rice and simmer till the rice is tender.
- Drain pineapples and dissolve corn flour in pineapple’s syrup.
- Add corn flour to the rice and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add vanilla essence and whipped cream to the rice and pour to the serving bowl.
Garnish with Pineapple and Crushed Almonds
