Capsicum Paneer
Ingredients
- 250g paneer
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 yellow capsicum
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Wash capsicums and onion.
- Remove seeds of capsicums and cut them into small squares and onion in thin strips.
- Cut paneer in square shape.
- Grill paneer to light cream colour.
- Sauté capsicum and onions for 2 minutes.
- Add all the spices, tomato sauce and soya sauce.
- Mix in cheese and sauté for 2 minutes.
Serve with Bread or Naan
