Grilled Tofu
Ingredients
- 500g firm tofu
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt, red & black pepper as per taste
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- A few coriander leaves
Method
- Sauté garlic, lime juice and the spices till sizzling point.
- Remove from fire and add yoghurt to the mixture and mix it.
- Slice tofu in big slices and pour in the mixture.
- Use brush for even spread of mixture on both sides.
- Place tofu on greased tray and place in grill to get grill marks on both sides.
