Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pct chocolate cream biscuits
- 500g low fat vanilla ice cream
- 100g blue berries
- 100g strawberries
Method
- Thaw ice cream to melting point.
- Crush the biscuits.
- Wash berries and strawberries.
- Dice strawberries.
- Line a container with baking paper.
- Give a layer of biscuits on baking paper and leave some biscuits for top layer.
- Pour the ice cream on the biscuits.
- Sprinkle biscuits on the top of the ice cream.
- Give another layer of ice cream on biscuits.
- Spread berries and strawberries on the top.
- Keep the pudding in the freezer for 2 hours and then keep in refrigerator until served.
