Vegetables with Tofu


  • 250g firm tofu
  • 100g cauliflower
  • 1 carrots
  • 100g mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Salt, red and black as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil


  1. Wash all the vegetables.
  2. Dice carrot, onion and tomato.
  3. Slice cauliflower in small florets and mushrooms in half slices.
  4. Sauté ginger and onion till light brown.
  5. Add tomato, cauliflower, carrot and cook till vegetables are tender.
  6. Pour coconut milk and spices to the vegetables.
  7. Add tofu and mushrooms, cook on low heat to make the dish dry and crispy.
