• 250g pasta
  • 150g frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 125g pasta sauce
  • Salt and black pepper as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil


  1. Boil pasta in water with 1 tsp of salt and cook till pasta is soft.
  2. Pour pasta in the sieve in the sink and wash with cold water till it is cold.
  3. Sauté stir fry vegetables in a pan with oil.
  4. Pour in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper.
  5. Add pasta sauce in the mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in pasta and stir smoothly for 5 minutes on heat.
