Nuggets Rice


  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 cup nuggets
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, black and red pepper as per desired
  • 2 tbsp oil


  1. Add nuggets in hot water and cut them in very small pieces.
  2. Wash rice and add 2 cups of water.
  3. Sauté onion and ginger in oil.
  4. Add tomato when onion is brown.
  5. Mix all spices and add nuggets.
  6. Cut capsicum in long thin slices.
  7. Cook the mixture until it is dry and add capsicum.
  8. Roast nuggets for few minutes.
  9. Add rice and cover it.
  10. Cook for 10–15 minutes till rice are cooked.


Another recipe for nuggets rice to make nuggets and mix in cooked plain rice which is also convenient.
