Capsicum Paneer


  • 250g paneer
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil


  1. Wash capsicums and onion.
  2. Remove seeds of capsicums and cut them into small squares and onion in thin strips.
  3. Cut paneer in square shape.
  4. Grill paneer to light cream colour.
  5. Sauté capsicum and onions for 2 minutes.
  6. Add all the spices, tomato sauce and soya sauce.
  7. Mix in cheese and sauté for 2 minutes.

Serve with Bread or Naan
