Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 100g peas
  • A few cauliflower florets
  • 1 capsicum
  • 100g mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method:

1. Peel onion and dice it.
2. Heat oil and add onion and ginger till brown.
3. Add all the vegetables and cook for few minutes.
4. Add rice and cook for 2-3 minutes with constant stirring.

Vegetable rice is made by mixing plain rice to the vegetable mixture for quick work.
