Spinach Paneer

Ingredients

  • 250g paneer
  • 1kg spinach
  • 250g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp light cream
  • 1 onion
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Wash spinach and broccoli.
  2. Dice them and steam for 2 minutes.
  3. Blend spinach and broccoli in the blender.
  4. Dice onion and sauté onion, ginger and garlic to golden brown colour.
  5. Blend the onion mixture in the blender.
  6. Heat the blended mixture with tomatoes.
  7. Mix in all spices.
  8. Cook the mixture till it is dry.
  9. Add spinach to the mixture and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  10. Cut paneer in squares and add to spinach.
  11. Pour the dish in serving bowl.
