Spinach Paneer
Ingredients
- 250g paneer
- 1kg spinach
- 250g broccoli
- 1 tbsp light cream
- 1 onion
- ½ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tin tomatoes
- Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Wash spinach and broccoli.
- Dice them and steam for 2 minutes.
- Blend spinach and broccoli in the blender.
- Dice onion and sauté onion, ginger and garlic to golden brown colour.
- Blend the onion mixture in the blender.
- Heat the blended mixture with tomatoes.
- Mix in all spices.
- Cook the mixture till it is dry.
- Add spinach to the mixture and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cut paneer in squares and add to spinach.
- Pour the dish in serving bowl.
Top up with Cream
