Coconut Crunch
Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh coconut
- ½ cup cornflakes
- 2 bars plain chocolate
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ tbsp honey
Method
- Sauté butter, honey and chocolate on low heat to melt it.
- Add cornflakes and coconut and mix it well.
- Spread on a greased tray and chill it until it is set.
- Cut in pieces and Serve with any drink.
