Pineapple Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 tin pineapple slices
- 1 ½ cup low fat milk
- 1 ½ cup low fat cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ cup water
- ½ tsp pineapple essence
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Whip cream, sugar and milk to become thick.
- Add pineapple essence and lemon juice.
- Line the pan with butter paper.
- Arrange pineapple slices at the bottom of the baking tray
- Place the pan in the fridge for 1hour or till the pudding is set.
