Almond Soup
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp almonds
- ½ cup cabbage
- 2 flowerets cauliflower
- 1 potato
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cloves
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger
- 5 cups water
- Salt & black as per taste
Method
- Soak almonds in warm water for 10 minutes and peel them.
- Make paste of almonds in blender.
- Wash all vegetables and blend them in blender.
- Dice onion and grate ginger.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion, ginger and cumin seeds.
- Dissolve corn flour in water and add in onion mixture.
- Add vegetables, almond paste and milk to the onion mixture
- Blend together to get a uniform mixture.
- Boil it for 5-6 minutes.
