Fried Colocasian
Ingredients
- 500g colocasian
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Peel colocasia with a peeler
- Wash colocasia and dry with paper towel
- Cut into very small long strips on a cutting board.
- Sauté colocasia and salt in oil with frequent stirring till tender.
- Add spices and roast for 2-3 minutes to mix with spices.
