Eggless Cake
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups self-rising flour
- 100 ml olive oil
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 50g milk
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup crushed nuts
Method
- Mix oil, sugar and milk till sugar dissolves.
- Add condensed milk, vanilla essence and lemon juice to mix it properly.
- Mix in flour and add crushed nuts.
- Pour the mixture in baking tray greased with baking paper.
- Bake in preheated oven at 140º C for 45 minutes.
