Thai Nuggets


  • 500g nuggets
  • 250g frozen vegetables
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • 1 tin coconut milk
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
  • 250g water
  • 1 tsp oil


  1. Dice nuggets into small pieces.
  2. Wash nuggets in boiling water twice to make them oil free.
  3. Sauté nuggets in oil to make them crispy.
  4. Thaw frozen vegetables and cut them in small pieces.
  5. Cut mushrooms into half pieces.
  6. Add vegetables and tomatoes in nuggets and cook until the mixture is dry.
  7. Mix in mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add spices and water and boil it for 15 minutes.
  9. Mix in coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve with Boiled Rice
