Saucy Nuggets


  • 500g nuggets
  • 1 onion
  • ½ tin tomato
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper as per taste
  • A few coriander leaves


  1. Thaw nuggets and wash in boiling water to remove fat.
  2. Cut nuggets in small pieces.
  3. Marinate all the ingredients with nuggets and keep the pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  4. Cook on slow fire till nuggets are tender and the mixture dries up.
  5. Spread Coriander on the top
