Pineapple Pudding


  • 1 tin pineapple slices
  • 1 ½ cup low fat milk
  • 1 ½ cup low fat cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp pineapple essence
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Whip cream, sugar and milk to become thick.
  2. Add pineapple essence and lemon juice.
  3. Line the pan with butter paper.
  4. Arrange pineapple slices at the bottom of the baking tray
  5. Place the pan in the fridge for 1hour or till the pudding is set.
