Mango Pudding


  • 1 kg mangoes
  •  ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 ½ cup low fat cream
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 10 pieces pistachio
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar


  1. Dissolve cornflour in water and boil it.
  2. Wash mangoes and peel then cut into pieces.
  3. Blend mangoes with sugar and milk in the blender.
  4. Pour the pulp in a pan and add 1 cup cream, cornflour and lemon juice.
  5. Mix the mixture properly and keep in the freezer to set it.
  6. Whip icing sugar, orange juice and ½ cup of cream.
  7. Take out the set pudding out and spread whipped cream over it.
  8. Sprinkle crushed pistachio and keep in the fridge.
