1. Mix in salt, thyme seeds and 1 cup of oil in the flour and rub thoroughly.
2. Kneed the flour with water to a little hard consistency.
3. Make small balls and roll them very thin on rolling board.
4. Cut strips in length wise of one-inch width.
5. Divide the strips in three-inch long strips.
4. Fry in hot oil to light brown colour.
5. Drain on paper towel.
