• 1kg milk
  • ½ cup rice
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds


  1. Boil milk and add washed rice.
  2. Cook for half an hour on slow fire until rice is cooked.
  3. Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Grind almonds coarsely.
  5. Add almonds in the kheer.

Serve Cold or Hot
