Banana Toast


  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut powder
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. Remove crust from the bread.
  2. Mash banana in a bowl and add lemon juice and cinnamon.
  3. Spread mash banana on one slice of the bread and cover it with the second slice and make three sandwiches.
  4. Divide the sandwich in two pieces and place in a plate.
  5. Mix milk and sugar and pour on the bread slices and keep for 10 minutes to absorb liquid.
  6. Melt butter on a flat frying pan.
  7. Sauté bread pieces on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Drain on absorbent paper.
  9. Sprinkle coconut powder.
