Apple Pie


  • 4 green apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 round pastry dish


  1. Wash and peel apples.
  2. Dice apples in small pieces.
  3. Sauté apples with sugar and cinnamon till the mixture becomes dry.
  4. Preheat oven to 145-degree C.
  5. Grease baking dish with one puff pastry sheet properly in all corners.
  6. Pour the apple mixture in the dish and cover it with second puff pastry sheet.
  7. Fit in the puff pastry sheet properly to cover all the apple mixture.
  8. Give two three lines on the top to escape gas.
  9. Place the pastry dish in oven for 35 minutes till the top layer becomes light brown in colour.

Serve with Ice – Cream
