Ice Cream Cake


  • 1 pct chocolate cream biscuits
  • 500g low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 100g blue berries
  • 100g strawberries


  1. Thaw ice cream to melting point.
  2. Crush the biscuits.
  3. Wash berries and strawberries.
  4. Dice strawberries.
  5. Line a container with baking paper.
  6. Give a layer of biscuits on baking paper and leave some biscuits for top layer.
  7. Pour the ice cream on the biscuits.
  8. Sprinkle biscuits on the top of the ice cream.
  9. Give another layer of ice cream on biscuits.
  10. Spread berries and strawberries on the top.
  11. Keep the pudding in the freezer for 2 hours and then keep in refrigerator until served.
