Chocolate Eggless Cake


  • 2 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 100g low fat cream
  • ½ tsp pineapple essence
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 4 pieces walnuts


  1. Preheat oven at 140 c.
  2. Mix milk with sugar in a blender.
  3. Add flour and blend for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the mixture of the cake on the greased baking paper in the bread baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes and cool the cake for 10 minutes.
  6. Cut cake lengthwise from centre.
  7. Whip cream and give a layer of cream on one slice and cover it second one.
  8. Pour rest of the cream over the cake.
  9. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  10. Pour chocolate sauce on top of the chilled cake.
  11. Spread crushed walnuts on cake

SERVE with Tea or Coffee
