Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 250g strawberries
  • 250g red melon
  • 250g musk melon
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange

Method:

  1. Wash the fruits and cut them in big size in a serving bowl.
  2. Refrigerate the bowl.
  3. Cut the lemon and orange in slices and keep over the fruits.

Fruits are consumed less by children as they are more after junk foods. Fruits have abundance of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and many phytonutrients which helps the human body to be fit, rejuvenate, and free of diseases.
