Salad on Ice Cream


  • 1 tin apple
  • 1 tin mango
  • 1 tin pineapple
  • 1 tin blueberries
  • 500g vanilla ice cream


  1. Drain liquid from all the fruits.
  2. Mix all the fruits in a bowl.
  3. Cool in the freezer for an hour.
  4. Pour ice cream in a serving bowl and keep in the fridge for an hour to melt a little.
  5. Sprinkle fruit on the top of ice cream.

Serve after Dinner.
