Fruit Cream

Ingredients:

  • 500g low fat whipped cream
  • 1 apple
  • 100g strawberries
  • 3 pineapple slices
  • 1 tin mixed fruit

Method:

  1. Wash apple and cut into small pieces.
  2. Dice pineapple and strawberries in thin slices.
  3. Drain water from the mixed fruit tin.
  4. Add all fruits in the cold whipped cream.
  5. Cool the dessert for 2-3 hours.

SERVE CHILLED
