Coconut Crunch

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup fresh coconut
  • ½ cup cornflakes
  • 2 bars plain chocolate
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Sauté butter, honey and chocolate on low heat to melt it.
  2. Add cornflakes and coconut and mix it well.
  3. Spread on a greased tray and chill it until it is set.
  4. Cut in pieces and Serve with any drink.
