Cheese Finger


  • 250g paneer
  • 3 tbsp black chickpea flour
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & red pepper as per taste
  • Oil for frying


  1. Cut cheese into thin long shape.
  2. Add sprinkle lemon juice on cheese slices.
  3. Add salt and red chillies on top of it.
  4. Make a thick paste of chickpea flour mixture with water and mix in ginger, garlic.
  5. Dip cheese slices in this mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
  6. Fry in hot oil.
