Carrot Ginger Soup


  • 3 carrots
  • 1 tbs ginger
  • 2 slices bread
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • Salt and black pepper as per taste


  1. Peel and dice carrots.
  2. Blend carrots, ginger, bread, and vegetable stock to get a smooth consistency.
  3. Heat the contents to boiling point.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. While serving pour sour cream at the top.
