Pasta
Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 150g frozen stir fry vegetables
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 125g pasta sauce
- Salt and black pepper as per taste
- 1 tbsp oil
Method
- Boil pasta in water with 1 tsp of salt and cook till pasta is soft.
- Pour pasta in the sieve in the sink and wash with cold water till it is cold.
- Sauté stir fry vegetables in a pan with oil.
- Pour in chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and black pepper.
- Add pasta sauce in the mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in pasta and stir smoothly for 5 minutes on heat.
