Carrot Ginger Soup
Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 1 tbs ginger
- 2 slices bread
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- Salt and black pepper as per taste
Method
- Peel and dice carrots.
- Blend carrots, ginger, bread, and vegetable stock to get a smooth consistency.
- Heat the contents to boiling point.
- Add salt and pepper.
- While serving pour sour cream at the top.
