Baby Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby corn
- 2 tbsp cabbage
- 2 tbsp red capsicum
- 2 tbsp mushrooms
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt, black pepper as per taste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 4 tsp corn flour
- 2 tsp oil
- 5 cups water
Method
- Wash all the vegetables.
- Cut corn length wise in two.
- Dice mushrooms, capsicum into thin pieces and shred cabbage.
- In a pan sauté ginger, garlic, chilies and coriander leaves for 2 minutes.
- Add corn pieces, soya sauce, salt, pepper and water and let it boil.
- Mix corn flour in water and pour into the above mixture with constantly stirring till it thickens slightly.
- Add cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
