Coriander Paratha


  • 1 cup kneaded dough
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, red, black pepper as per desire


1. Wash coriander and press it to dry.
2. Grate onion and mix coriander.
3. Add the spices and grated ginger.
4. Mix all the ingredients and roll the coriander paratha as any other Paratha.
