Grilled Tofu


  • 500g firm tofu
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt, red & black pepper as per taste
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • A few coriander leaves


  1. Sauté garlic, lime juice and the spices till sizzling point.
  2. Remove from fire and add yoghurt to the mixture and mix it.
  3. Slice tofu in big slices and pour in the mixture.
  4. Use brush for even spread of mixture on both sides.
  5. Place tofu on greased tray and place in grill to get grill marks on both sides.
