Tofu Capsicum
Ingredients
- 250g firm tofu
- 1 capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- ½ tsp garlic
- Salt, red and black pepper as per taste
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup water
Method
- Cut tofu in square pieces.
- Stir fry tofu to light brown colour.
- Dice onion, tomato.
- Remove seeds of capsicum and cut in thin long slices.
- Sauté onion and ginger in oil.
- Add tofu, capsicum, tomato and spices.
- Add water and simmer for 8-10 minutes till a thick gravy is formed.
SERVE HOT
