Kheer
Ingredients
- 1kg milk
- ½ cup rice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp almonds
Method
- Boil milk and add washed rice.
- Cook for half an hour on slow fire until rice is cooked.
- Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Grind almonds coarsely.
- Add almonds in the kheer.
Serve Cold or Hot
