Method:
Peas & potatoes (dry)
Wash potatoes and place them on cutting board, take regular knife and make slits both length wise and width wise in all the potatoes. Now take the bigger knife and cut potatoes as small as you can.
Put pan on gas, add three tbsps of oil, two tsp salt, one & a half tsp each of thyme & cumin seeds PLUS half tsp each of red chilli, black pepper and cumin powder…
…add potatoes and half bag of peas
Cook them on medium heat – with frequent stirring…
…should be ready in ten min.
Enjoy with Roti / Pita bread!
